RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We hope you love the product you ordered, but if something isn’t quite right, please let us know.
We’re sorry that you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items in new condition. Before you decide to return or exchange items, please read our return & exchange conditions carefully and make sure the items you want to return meet the following criteria:
RETURNS & EXCHANGES CONDITIONS:
a. All return/exchange items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with all original labels attached in the original packaging. If not, the buyer will be responsible for all incurred fees (order fees and logistics fees, etc.), and no refund will be issued.
b. Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
c. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us. If you are returning items for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the cost.
d. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.
Return & Exchange Process:
Step 1: Please email our customer service team at support@vectosole.com to request a return authorization and return address. Include your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: After receiving your exchange/return request, our customer service team will send you detailed return/exchange instructions via email. Please follow these instructions to process your exchange or return.
If you are returning or exchanging due to sizing issues, please provide photos of the product showing the size measurements. Kindly contact us via email to initiate the process.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
You should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service at support@vectosole.com as soon as possible if you decide to cancel your order.
For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, we will offer a partial refund after deducting a 15% cancellation fee.
We will NOT accept cancellation requests if the order has already been shipped.
REFUNDS:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as there may be some processing time before your refund posts. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@vectosole.com.
Please do not send returns to the address on the parcel, as it may be one of the carrier’s transit warehouses and not the correct return address.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
