Free shipping is available on orders over $69. Shipping costs and methods are displayed on the Payment Page and may vary depending on the delivery destination.

You can check the status of your order through the "Track Your Order" page. We will also send periodic email updates, including tracking numbers and inventory status. Should I enter my mobile telephone number at checkout?

How soon will I receive my package after placing an order?
The delivery timeframe is split into two parts:
- Processing time: Within 24 hours
- Shipping time: 7-25 business days (depending on logistics method and delivery address)
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
Processing Time: This is the time it takes to prepare items for shipment and can vary based on product category and order volume.

My package has been lost or stolen.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, or was marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 10 days to file a claim. We will assist you in completing the claims process with the carrier. Please note: Claims may take up to 30 days to resolve, depending on the carrier. VECTOSOLE is not responsible for packages reported as delivered by the carrier, and we do not issue refunds or credits for packages confirmed as delivered.
Out-of-Stock Items
If your order includes multiple items and one or more of them is out of stock, we will proceed with shipping the rest of your order. We will notify you by email regarding the next steps for any out-of-stock items.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is based on the order value (heavier orders will incur higher shipping costs).
- Orders under $69: Shipping cost of $8.85
- Orders over $69: Free shipping
We highly recommend spending over $69 to enjoy free shipping and save more.
Specially heavy products like tactical vests and certain boots may have different shipping charges. These costs will be specified on the product page.
